Basik Money will try to resolve complaints within three business days of receipt. If this is achieved they will write to the customer by email or letter as appropriate, to confirm that their complaint has been resolved and to explain their next steps.
- If Basik Money were unable to resolve the complaint within this timescale they will acknowledge the complaint in writing within five working days
- If they’re unable to provide a final response within eight weeks, they’ll confirm this in writing and provide a timescale within which the customer can expect a final response.
- If the customer is unhappy with the delay or the final response they have the right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service
